The new Korus system uses a gentle elutriation process to give you a cleaner cell population to begin cell therapy production processes such as CAR-T, dendritic cell, tumor-infiltrated lymphocytes (TIL), or IPSC-derived.

Korus’ elutriation protocol would be particularly beneficial for those manufacturing autologous T cell therapies, as it results in the lymphocytes being elutriated and concentrated for the next step in the manufacturing process, such as magnetic bead selection.

Michelle Duquette, PhD
Director, Business Development – Cell Therapy @Invetech
Michelle Duquette is Invetech’s Director of Business Development – Cell Therapy. She first joined Invetech as a Senior Applications Scientist, developing and testing protocols for clients looking to build custom cell therapy systems, and for Invetech’s ready-to-run turnkey cell therapy system, Korus. Michelle now uses her unique blend of science and business expertise to help customers on the U.S. west coast and Asia to optimize their cell therapy manufacturing processes. She has 25 years of experience in molecular and cellular biology and is a published first author in journals such as Genes and Development, Current Biology, and Cancer Research. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston College, and a Ph.D. in genetics from Yale University, with a postdoctoral fellowship at The Scripps Research Institute. Michelle is from Longmeadow MA and now lives in San Diego, CA. Besides science, Michelle is also a photographer and enjoys hiking and traveling.
Marisa Reinoso
Senior Product Marketing Manager @Invetech
Marisa has been in the life sciences industry for over 15 years. She currently leads Invetech’s cell therapy marketing efforts, promoting both our long-standing design and engineering services along with our more recent turnkey cell therapy systems offerings. Marisa started her career researching vaccines before migrating to the commercial side of life sciences. She enjoys speaking to clients and understanding what cell therapy manufacturing challenges they are facing. Marisa has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Reed College, and an MBA from Portland State University.
